The short version
We don't ask for your name, email, or ID to use ArcGlide. You connect a wallet, and everything you do from there — swaps, limit orders — happens on-chain, which means it's public no matter what we do. We're not in the business of selling data, and there's no ad network on this site to sell it to.
What we actually see
Your wallet address, once connected, so we can show your balances, portfolio, and leaderboard rank. Basic page-view analytics so we know which parts of the site get used. Crash reports when something breaks, which can include the page you were on and what you were doing at the time — this is for fixing bugs, not tracking you. None of this is tied to a real-world identity unless your wallet already is one.
Third parties in the loop
Loading a page here sends requests to the services we rely on for balances, transactions, and price/chart data. Those requests can see your wallet address and IP, the same way any website request can — that's how the internet works, not something specific to us. We don't hand them anything beyond what's needed to load the page.
What's stored in your browser
Things like your slippage setting, preferred token list, and wallet-connect session live in local storage on your device. We don't use tracking cookies or fingerprinting. Clearing your browser data clears this too.
On-chain data isn't private
Every trade you make through ArcGlide is a transaction on a public blockchain. Anyone can look up your wallet's history — us included — whether or not you ever visit this site again. That's inherent to how Arc (and any blockchain) works, not a choice we're making about your data.
Changes
If how we handle data changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page.
